Gampak99 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gampak99 online platform, including its website, mobile application, and all services provided under the gampak99 brand. By accessing, registering for, or using the gampak99 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Gampak99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid age verification documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Any attempt to register by an underage individual is a serious breach of these Terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) gampak99 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or Malaysian passport.
• An active email address that you access personally.
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your own name.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gampak99 account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, regardless of whether you carried it out personally. Gampak99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.

All transactions on the Gampak99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The payment methods accepted by Gampak99 are as follows:

• Malaysian e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank, RHB, AmBank and other major banks that support FPX

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. No general maximum limit is set, though specific limits may apply depending on the payment method or account tier. All deposits will be credited to your Gampak99 account within minutes of transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source in your own name. Gampak99 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit funds suspected of originating from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account will be terminated immediately.

Gampak99 players may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per application.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same e-wallet or bank account used for the deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• All wagering requirements for any active bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold.

Gampak99 processes verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes. However, the actual credit time to your account depends on the payment provider and may take up to 24 hours in certain cases involving additional security checks.

Gampak99 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or any suspicious activity related to the account.

The general terms that apply to all gampak99 bonuses are:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the stipulated wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.

• The outcome of all casino games using an RNG (Random Number Generator) is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during gameplay, gampak99 will endeavour to restore the session based on saved system records. If restoration is not possible, the wager will be returned to the player.
• For Sports Betting, all confirmed bets are final. Bets placed after market closure will not be accepted.
• Gampak99 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of involving match-fixing, insider information, or fraud.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gampak99 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary:

• Use of bot software or automation to place bets, access games, or perform any actions on the platform automatically.
• Money laundering — using the gampak99 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's details or falsified documents.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using arbitrage methods to abuse promotions.
• Player collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a game, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Technical attack — any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the operations of the Gampak99 platform.
• Using another person's account — playing using an account registered under someone else's name, including family members.

You may close your Gampak99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account (after deducting any bonus that has not met its conditions) will be returned to you via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Gampak99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the following situations:

• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity or conduct potentially involving fraud.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, Gampak99 will notify the user via their registered email address, and the account will be reinstated if no violation is found. Gampak99's decision on account termination arising from a breach of these Terms is final.

Gampak99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss at all times, though we make every effort to maintain high availability and stability.

Gampak99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gameplay or betting decisions made by the player.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Gampak99's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

In any circumstance, Gampak99's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Gampak99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via one or more of the following methods:
